I was around eight or nine. A friend and I were playing outside in one of those rusty red wagons. We were taking turns pushing each other in it, laughing and clowning around.

I asked her: "Do you ever wonder what it'd be like to be another person?" She said: "All the time." I remember feeling really satisfied with her answer because I was unsure if anyone else ever thought of something like that.
